Kameron McIntosh

7th Grade Class Record 1000m

McIntosh runs in to the record books with her 2:58.8 1000m run at the Class A championships.  Kameron breaks the 7th grade NY state record set in 2010 by Emma Gallagher of Garden City.

     Led by individual winners Sarah Bowens (55HH, LJ, TJ) and Kate Zendell (3000), and relay winners 4x 400 - Hannah Consiglio, Amrita Persaud, Renee Liporace, Sara Adler; and the 4x800 - Ashleigh Bowen, Ursula Svoboda, Angelica Matwiejczuk, and Kameron Mcintosh.  The Mounties battled through sixteen events, and in the end tied with New Rochelle for the Championship, both teams finishing with 95 points.

     The lady mounties picked up big performances from Julia Gabriel (PV), Kam Mc Intosh (1000m), and Rachel Ludwikowski (3000m) to seal the victory and complete the Championship season undefeated.  The Mounties will now set there sights on the State Qualifier on February 24th at the Armory.

Section One Class A

Championships

Evan Ward and Alex Walker are Sectional Champs in the 3200m and 55HH

Suffern Boys finish in a Tie for second in the team championship. 

Walker's HH time of 8.00 FAT and Ward's 3200m of 9:33.2 place them both 7th All-Time in the Suffern history books in their events.

Boys and Girls sweep titles for 1st time since 1991.
